• This offer is valid on bookings of five (5) consecutive nights for the full private villa only.
• One (1) complimentary night will be applied in addition to the reservation. The value of the complimentary night is capped at USD 1,400.
• Complimentary curated breakfast is included for up to 10 guests only.
• The maximum occupancy under this offer is 10 guests. Any additional guests, services, or add-ons will be charged separately.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special rates.
• Full payment is required upfront to confirm the reservation.
• Flexible cancellation is permitted up to 60 days prior to the check-in date. All times are calculated in Indian Standard Time (IST).
• Cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date may be subject to charges of up to 100% of the total reservation value.
• The property reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or revoke this offer at any time, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of booking policies.
• Any extras, bespoke services, or incidentals incurred during the stay will be charged in addition to the offer rate.
